A high-impact scientific and industrial event addressing today’s industrial and environmental challenges.
The 25th edition of the Cetim–Pprime Workshop, dedicated to dynamic sealing systems, will be held on 5 November 2026 at IFMI, Futuroscope (Chasseneuil‑du‑Poitou) – France.
A key scientific and technical event focused on advances in tribology, this workshop brings together industrial stakeholders, researchers, academics, and international experts from the energy, transport, materials, and mechanical systems sectors. It highlights the latest innovations in friction, wear, lubrication, surface engineering, and sealing system design.
2026 Theme: Sealing Systems in Energy and Transport Applications
This edition addresses a strategic topic for the performance and durability of modern systems. Sealing technologies play a central role in improving reliability, reducing emissions, and enhancing energy efficiency which represent crucial challenges for the energy transition and the future of mobility.
This year’s event is pleased to welcome Dr. Rahul Bidkar of GE Aerospace as the keynote speaker.
The workshop offers a unique opportunity to:
- deepen knowledge on sealing technologies and their applications;
- discover the latest scientific and industrial advances;
- contribute to performance, energy efficiency, and emission‑reduction challenges;
- exchange with an international community of experts;
- develop and strengthen your professional network.
